Your satisfaction is our top priority! If you do not absolutely love your new purchase, you may return the item(s) for a full refund of the purchased price within 14 days of your order.
What can I return or exchange?
We’re sorry things didn’t work out! We will gladly refund all unwashed and unworn ticketed merchandise in its original condition within 14 days of your order date.
Please note: Clearance items are ""final sale"" and cannot be returned or exchanged.
How do I return my items?
Send an email to info@theflashbackrack.com with "RETURN" in the subject line. We'll process your return, provide shipping information and issue your refund once we receive your item.
Please note:
Shipping & handling charges will not be refunded.
Exchanges cannot be made as all of our products are unique and hand picked for our Flashback Rack customers.
Returning by mail:
1. Package the unworn, unwashed items securely in the original product packaging, whenever possible.
2. Print and adhere the return label that was sent to you by email and attach it to the return package.
3. Affix the appropriate postage on the return package and mail it through your preferred postal carrier. Please note that the RETURN LABEL IS NOT PREPAID, therefore, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
How will I be refunded?
Refunds will be issued using the same method of payment as the original purchase. Shipping charges and sales tax on shipping are not refundable.
